Terms and Conditions of Service

1. In order to begin purchasing process, customer must pay deposit amount quoted. Each quote is valid for 7 days

2. We deliver to customers within 14 business days after we receive the item from the merchant. Business days do not include weekends, USA and Zambian public holidays. You will receive an estimated date of delivery upon placing an order.

3. Upon notification of product arrival, the customer must pay off the balance within 5 business days. Failure to clear off balance will imply forfeiture and the deposit will not be refunded. In instances where the product is lost or damaged in transit, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days

4. Customers are responsible for the conditions of products they select on custom orders. For instance, if a customer selects a used item on ebay, they are bear responsibility for the signs of use and wear it may have. You cannot lodge a complaint to us because we did not sell it to you, we are just facilitating delivery to you. If you select a product that does not work in Zambia, you will bear responsibility for that too.

5. All order requests are subject to our discretion. We reserve the right to deny any order request based on ethical reasons, size or safety reasons as we also have to adhere to rules and laws of our shipping partners and countries.
